Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed and shipped the same night, so cancellations after 6:00 PM are not possible.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM can be canceled by 6:00 PM the next day.

  • Our customer support closes at 5:00 PM, so cancellation requests made after that time may not be processed in time.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your item is defective or damaged during shipping. To qualify for a return:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage.

  • We will either:

    • Send a replacement, or

    • Issue a full refund.

✅ We cover return shipping costs only for defective or damaged items.

Size Issues & Exchanges

  • Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

  • For size-related issues:

    • The customer must return the product at their own expense in the original packaging.

    • We do not cover return shipping for size exchanges.

    • A discount on a replacement may be offered.

Return Conditions & Restocking Fee

  • Items must be returned in original packaging. This includes original boxes, labels, and any protective materials.

  • If items are returned without original packaging, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

  • KeepItWithinYou does not cover replacement packaging costs.

  • All returns must be disassembled and properly packed for shipping.

  • Refunds are issued 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item, and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contactKeepItWithinYou@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos showing the product's condition

  2. We will send you:

    • A Return Label

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product:

    • You’ll get a full refund or

    • We’ll ship an exchange (based on your request)


Disclaimer

We recommend keeping your original shipping packaging for at least 7 days in case you need to return the item. Products not returned in original packaging may incur additional fees or be ineligible for return.
